At The Found Self, I believe that therapy is a journey of finding your way back to who you are. After years of prioritizing others it is easy to lose sight of the person beneath the expectations.
My philosophy is built on the transition from "living for others" to "living as yourself." I provide a dedicated space to help you step off the back burner and begin the vital work of identifying your own needs, honoring your wants, and establishing firm boundaries.
