When you submit a form on this website, The Found Self collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, appointment preferences and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate potential services. Please do not submit detailed clinical or other sensitive personal health information through the website.

Depending on the form settings, submissions may be processed by Squarespace, stored within the website’s Contacts panel and delivered to The Found Self’s business email. Information submitted through an inquiry form is not used for marketing unless you separately provide consent.

Appointment booking and client-portal functions are provided through Kindred Practice and are subject to that provider’s privacy practices. Questions about the collection, use, correction or access to information can be directed to desiree@thefoundself.ca.
